Definition | A <SUSPENDED SOLID CONCENTRATION> is a <CONCENTRATION> of the nonfilterable residue of a liquid sample that is retained on a glass-fiber filter disk after filtration and subsequent drying at 103 to 105 degrees C. The <WEIGHT> of the suspended solids is equal to the <WEIGHT> of the filter after filtration and drying minus the <WEIGHT> of the clean filter. |
